It should nearly immediately turn solid green, and your headset should now show up in the Logitech Gaming Software configuration screen. With a paperclip, press the button on the wireless receiver to place it into pairing mode. Put your headset into pairing mode by holding down the power button for ten seconds, or until the LED on the headset is blinking faster than the "not connected" blink.

Select the G930 and let it complete the installation. You should see three devices listed, the G35, G430, and G930 headsets. At this screen, you're going to want to click "Browse my computer for driver software" and on the next page, click "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer." At this point, you're going to want to uncheck "Show compatible hardware" and scroll down to the "Logitech, Inc." listing under Manufacture. Navigate to the Driver tab and click "Update Driver". Locate the Avnera Audio Device, right click or double click on it, and open the properties. To get the correct driver installed, open up the Device Manager and find the "Sound, video and game controllers" section. (if you're set up, you can skip the next two paragraphs.) Either the wireless receiver will connect to the computer correctly (which you can see as a new Audio device in your Playback Devices menu as a "Logitech G930 Headset" entry.) If that DOESN'T show up, you'll likely have the "Avnera Audio Device" listed instead.
